Survey the property
We collect floor plans, gates, flat counts, basement levels, existing equipment models, network details and fire-system documentation.

Drawings & bill of quantities
The security integrator and fire engineer each define their scope. Quantities follow the drawings, not the tower count.

Confirm integration access
Before anything is bought, we get written confirmation of APIs, supported devices, licence costs and data-export rights.

Pilot one gate
One entry and one exit lane with a small group of users. We test visitors, vehicles, unreadable plates, revoked passes and offline operation.

Integrate fire monitoring
Read-only monitoring is added with the fire specialist. We check that a dashboard failure never affects local fire protection.

Expand across towers
Guards, residents and managers are trained, and maintenance, support and escalation responsibilities are agreed.
