Who we are
HereGuard is operated by Visaxpro Pinnacle Private Limited, Kolkata, West Bengal. This policy covers the HereGuard website, the HereGuard and HereGuard Guard apps and the web dashboards.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, flat and site); visitor details entered by residents or guards (name, phone, purpose, vehicle number, entry and exit times); vehicle registration numbers; guard attendance, patrol checkpoint scans and incident reports including photos; service requests; and sign-in and activity logs for security auditing.
Why we use it
To operate gate security, visitor approvals, vehicle access, patrols, incident handling and facility maintenance for the property you belong to; to send service alerts by email and in-app notification; and to keep an audit trail.
Who can see it
Access is limited by role and checked on our servers. Residents see their own flat's records. Society managers see their own property. HereGuard staff see only the customers assigned to them. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. Incident photos are private and viewable only by authorised users. Records are kept for the period agreed with the society and as required by law, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and personal data using the account deletion request page, or through your society manager. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
